Steph and Jan will share our favorite recipes that are healthy, simple and most of all yummy for the entire family. We believe in healthy eating but being busy moms we like finding easy ways to make meals taste good with little fuss.

10 Minute Dinners

Wednesday: Organic chicken breasts that I pre-cooked the night before. Slice the cooked chicken and shred in the food processor, add BBQ sauce, heat in the microwave for a minute and create BBQ chicken sandwiches. Serve with cucumber slices. Fast, easy and nutricious.

Thursday: Spaghetti night. Easy. Throw your whole grain spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes, whole grain pasta need to cook a little longer than white pasta. Separately, heat sauce over medium heat. I added premade meatballs. While that's cooking, whip up a salad, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheese. Done and yum.
