I have been watching the republican debates and can't believe how the candidates that the media like most are asked the most questions and there are a few candidates that are asked hardly any questions. Bachmann being one of them. It seems like the media isn't ready for a women president and doesn't seem to be giving Bachmann a fair shot.
CBS political director, John Dickerson accidentally sent an e-mail out that was also recieved by Bachmann stating that he wasn't interested in having her on his show and that "Bachmann was not going to get many questions" in the debate.
I am disappointed how the media is manipulating the interviews and just allowing only the favorites to speak. I would of liked to have gotten to know her views. I know that she is interested in alot of womens' issues like helping single moms who have to work hard and have little help with childcare and get little time off at work. I am not a single mom but I was at one time and I know how hard it can be. Women have alot of issues that I feel should not be ignored any longer.
I personally think we are long over due. It is time for a women president! I would like to see how a women can make changes. But I can't vote for a candidate that I only have had a few minutes to hear speak and I am not sure if she is the right one for the job or not! The media is not giving her a fair shot. They have their favorites and those are the ones we will be able to vote for. Things have to change! I am so sick of this biased media that has always favored men!!!!
